Perfect for those who enjoy coffee with nutty notes and caramel-like sweetness, this coffee has low acidity and a creamy body. These characteristics make it especially delicious for milk-based drinks.

We roast this coffee at a medium level using a slower roasting process to enhance its natural caramel sweetness.

For us, Brazil Cerrado embodies the classic coffee flavor — the familiar, comforting taste many associate with everyday coffee. If you’re new to exploring 100% Arabica and single origin coffees, this is the perfect place to start.

Since our coffee is always freshly roasted, we recommend allowing it to rest for about 5 days from the roast date to achieve the best flavor. As we roast to order, please be patient while your coffee is being prepared and shipped — your patience is truly appreciated.

While we recommend purchasing whole beans to enjoy the full experience of our freshly roasted coffee, we also offer grinding services according to your preferred brewing method:

• Fine grind – espresso machine, moka pot

• Medium grind – pour-over, Chemex, drip machine

• Coarse grind – French press, cold brew
