This blend is the first blend we created. We aimed to produce a blend that suits espresso drinks with milk. However, for those who enjoy black coffee or americano, it’s definitely worth a try if you like the taste of brown sugar sweetness, nuttiness, and dried fruits.

We use 100% Arabica coffee beans. The nutty flavor comes from Brazilian beans, while the aroma and sweetness are contributed by Guatemalan and Indonesian beans.

Each coffee is roasted to order, so you’ll always receive freshly roasted coffee.

Since our coffee is always freshly roasted, we recommend letting it ‘rest’ for 5 days from the roasting date to allow the flavors to develop better. And because we roast to order, we appreciate your patience as we prepare and ship your coffee. Your patience means a lot to us.

Although we recommend purchasing whole beans to fully enjoy the coffee we roast, we also offer grinding services based on your preferred brewing method:

• Fine – espresso machine, moka pot

• Medium – pour over, Chemex, drip machine

• Coarse – French press, cold brew
