Since our coffee is always freshly roasted, we recommend letting the coffee ‘rest’ for 5 days from the roast date to bring out the best flavors. And because our coffee is roasted to order, we kindly ask for your patience before your coffee is shipped. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Although we recommend purchasing whole beans to enjoy the full experience of our freshly roasted coffee, we also offer grinding services tailored to your brewing method:

• Fine – Espresso machine, Moka pot

• Medium – Pour over, Chemex, Drip machine

• Coarse – French press, Cold brew
