Since our coffee is always freshly roasted, we recommend letting it ‘rest’ for 5 days from the roast date to enjoy a richer flavor. And because our coffee is roasted to order, we kindly ask for your patience before your coffee is shipped. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Although we recommend purchasing whole beans to fully experience the flavor of our freshly roasted coffee, we also offer grinding services according to your preferred brewing method:

• Fine – Espresso machine, Moka pot

• Medium – Pour over, Chemex, Drip machine

• Coarse – French press, Cold brew
